I’m Sébastien Viard, a customs and international trade expert with 20 years’ experience. I help companies to simplify and optimise their cross-border trade. My career has taken me to major players such as Customs Support, DB Schenker and Geodis, where I’ve managed ambitious projects involving the creation of customs hubs, automated declarations and data centralisation.
My aim? To make borders a simple formality, by combining speed, compliance and innovation.
What sets me apart is my ability to combine technical expertise, strategy and leadership.
Whether it’s a question of structuring teams of 2 or 150 employees, setting up automated systems or anticipating regulatory changes, I find effective solutions tailored to each situation.
